Please allow 2 weeks from your order date for your package to arrive. Please be aware, we will ensure that your package is handed off to USPS in time to meet their deadline. However, any shipping delays once in the hands of USPS are not within our control.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>How do you ship your packages?</strong></h3><p>All orders are shipped with USPS, unless stated otherwise. You can add express shipping with FedEx for an additional cost at checkout. International orders are shipped with DHL or Fedex and you can indicate which carrier you&apos;d prefer at checkout.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="how-much-does-shipping-cost"><strong>How much does shipping cost?</strong></h3><p>Domestic - We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders above $75 within the U.S. Please note, your order subtotal must be above $75 after all discounts to qualify. Purchases under the $75 minimum will come with a shipping charge, depending on your order total:</p><ul><li>Under $10 = $14.99</li><li>$10 - $25 = $12.99</li><li>$25 - $75 = $5.99</li><li>Above $75 = Free</li></ul><p>International - Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for their own shipping and duties/customs costs, which will vary by location.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>How long does express shipping take?</strong></h3><p>You can add express shipping to your order at checkout for an additional $15 fee. Please allow one business day for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, FedEx guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>How do I track my order?</strong></h3><p>Once your order ships, you&apos;ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to view the tracking history through the carrier&apos;s site.&#xA0;</p>

<h3 id="which-payment-types-do-you-accept"><strong>Which payment types do you accept?</strong></h3><p>We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. We also offer express checkout with PayPal, Apple Pay (mobile only), Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>My order didn&apos;t go through, but I was still charged. Why?</strong></h3><p>When a payment attempt is made but the purchase doesn&apos;t actually go through, you may see a holding charge that your bank/card issuer places on your card until they are able to confirm that no purchase was actually made. This hold should be dropped or refunded within 24-48 hours. <h3 id="damaged-defective-or-faulty-products"><strong>Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Products</strong></h3><p>If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please reach out to our support team at <a href="mailto:support@senitaathletics.com">support@senitaathletics.com</a>, with a photo of the faulty item(s) and your order number, ASAP and we will take care of you. Claims for faulty items upon arrival must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="received-incorrect-items-or-missing-items"><strong>Received Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)</strong></h3><p>Please contact the customer support team with your order number and the issue and we will make it our top priority to get your correct/missing item(s) sent out without any return or shipping charges. Please be sure to reach out within 15 days after delivery with any of these concerns.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="lost-stolen-or-damaged-upon-delivery-package"><strong>Lost, Stolen, or Damaged-Upon-Delivery Package</strong></h3><p>We offer package protection on each order for an additional $1.15 cost. This small fee will protect your entire order from shipping issues during the transit process, such as lost, stolen, or damaged-upon delivery items with a reimbursement or a replacement package. If you run into any of these delivery issues and have package protection added to your order, please reach out to our support team ASAP for more information on the next steps.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><p>Please note - We allow claims to be filed 5 days after the last tracking update or delivery date. Claims also must be filed within 30 days, so please be sure to reach out as soon as possible.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="return-to-sender"><strong>Return to Sender</strong></h3><p>If you believe your package was returned to sender, please email the customer support team with your address and we will reship your package as soon as possible. Our team will reach out to you if we receive a return to sender package and have not heard from you, in order to correct the mistake and get your package back out to you.</p>
