If you don&apos;t see your country listed at checkout, shoot us an email! <br><br></p><h3 id="how-long-before-my-order-is-shipped"><strong>How long before my order is shipped?</strong></h3><p>All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, but please allow additional processing time during launch days, sales, and holidays.&#xA0;</p><p>Once you receive your shipping notification, please allow 7 days for the tracking to be updated. USPS experiences delays with tracking updates occasionally.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(226, 80, 65);"><strong>Please note:</strong> There may be a delay in shipping in these first few weeks after the re-launch. International orders are shipped through your choice of either USPS or DHL, selected at checkout. We hope to add express shipping soon!</p><p><br></p><h3 id="how-much-does-shipping-cost"><strong>How much does shipping cost?</strong></h3><p>Domestic - We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders above $75 within the U.S. Please note, your order subtotal must be above $75 after all discounts to qualify. Purchases under the $75 minimum will be charged a flat fee of $7.50. &#xA0;</p><p>International - While international customers are required to pay their own shipping and duties costs, the prices shown at checkout are our discounted rates and there is no upcharge from the rates we pay. Price varies based on location and package weight.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>How do I track my order?</strong></h3><p>Once your order ships, you&apos;ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to view the tracking history through the carrier&apos;s site.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted">Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?</h3><p>Yes! We now offer free local pickup (AZ only)! When you get to the checkout screen, simply click on &quot;local pickup&quot; and wait for a &quot;Your order is ready for pickup!&quot; message. Once your order is ready, you are free to stop by any time during pickup hours. This extra coverage gives you peace of mind beyond the standard policies offered by shipping carriers.</p>

<h3 id="which-payment-types-do-you-accept"><strong>Which payment types do you accept?</strong></h3><p>We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. We also offer express checkout with Apple Pay (mobile only), Google Pay, and Shop Pay.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>My order didn&apos;t go through, but I was still charged. Why?</strong></h3><p>When a payment attempt is made but the purchase doesn&apos;t actually go through, you may see a holding charge that your bank/card issuer places on your card until they are able to confirm that no purchase was actually made. This hold should be dropped or refunded within 24-48 hours.
