How long does it take for a pre-ordered item to ship?

We ask that you allow up to 90 days for any pre-orders to be fulfilled.

Do you collect payment at the time of placing the order or when the item ships?

We collect all funds upfront so you will be charged at the time that the order is placed. 

How long do I have to return/exchange a pre-order?

You'll still have the full 30 days to start a return/exchange after your package is delivered.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

As long as the item is still unfulfilled, we are more than happy to cancel your pre-order for you. Please message our support team via email at [email protected] with your order number to do so.
