Which payment types do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. We also offer express checkout with PayPal, Apple Pay (mobile only), Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

My order didn't go through, but I was still charged. Why?

When a payment attempt is made but the purchase doesn't actually go through, you may see a holding charge that your bank/card issuer places on your card until they are able to confirm that no purchase was actually made. This hold should be dropped or refunded within 24-48 hours. If you are still seeing a charge after a 48 hour period, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].
