Which payment types do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. We also offer express checkout with Apple Pay (mobile only), Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

My order didn't go through, but I was still charged. Why?

When a payment attempt is made but the purchase doesn't actually go through, you may see a holding charge that your bank/card issuer places on your card until they are able to confirm that no purchase was actually made. This hold should be dropped or refunded within 24-48 hours. If you are still seeing a charge after a 48 hour period, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].
