Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International shipping is not an option right now, but hope to add it in the future.

How long before my order is shipped?

All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, but please allow additional processing time during launch days, sales, and holidays.

Once you receive your shipping notification, please allow 7 days for the tracking to be updated. USPS experiences delays with tracking updates occasionally.

Please note: There may be a delay in shipping in these first few weeks after the re-launch. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Our tiny but mighty team is working hard to get you your order as soon as possible!

How do you ship your packages?

All orders are shipped with USPS, unless stated otherwise. We are hoping to add express shipping and international shipping soon!

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic - We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders above $75 within the U.S. Please note, your order subtotal must be above $75 after all discounts to qualify. Purchases under the $75 minimum will be charged a flat fee of $7.50.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to view the tracking history through the carrier's site.

How does shipping protection work?

We partner with trusted shipping providers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you (this is known as FOB shipping). While most orders arrive without issue, we know things can happen - which is why we offer optional shipping protection at checkout. This extra coverage gives you peace of mind beyond the standard policies offered by shipping carriers.
