Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and almost all countries worldwide.

How long before my order is shipped?

All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, but please allow additional processing time during launch days, sales, and holidays.

Please note: There will be a delay in shipping for any orders placed during the virtual warehouse sale. Please allow 2 weeks from your order date for your package to arrive. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

When do I need to place my order to guarantee delivery by Christmas?

All orders placed by December 14th will be shipped in time to meet the USPS deadline. Please be aware, we will ensure that your package is handed off to USPS in time to meet their deadline. However, any shipping delays once in the hands of USPS are not within our control.

How do you ship your packages?

All orders are shipped with USPS, unless stated otherwise. You can add express shipping with FedEx for an additional cost at checkout. International orders are shipped with DHL or Fedex and you can indicate which carrier you'd prefer at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic - We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders above $75 within the U.S. Please note, your order subtotal must be above $75 after all discounts to qualify. Purchases under the $75 minimum will come with a shipping charge, depending on your order total:

Under $10 = $14.99
$10 - $25 = $12.99
$25 - $75 = $5.99
Above $75 = Free

International - Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for their own shipping and duties/customs costs, which will vary by location.

How long does express shipping take?

You can add express shipping to your order at checkout for an additional $15 fee. Please allow one business day for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, FedEx guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to view the tracking history through the carrier's site.
