Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please reach out to our support team at [email protected], with a photo of the faulty item(s) and your order number, ASAP and we will take care of you. Claims for faulty items upon arrival must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit.


Received Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)

Please contact the customer support team with your order number and the issue and we will make it our top priority to get your correct/missing item(s) sent out without any return or shipping charges. Please be sure to reach out within 15 days after delivery with any of these concerns.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged-Upon-Delivery Package

We offer package protection on each order for an additional $1.15 cost. This small fee will protect your entire order from shipping issues during the transit process, such as lost, stolen, or damaged-upon delivery items with a reimbursement or a replacement package. If you run into any of these delivery issues and have package protection added to your order, please reach out to our support team ASAP for more information on the next steps. 


Please note - We allow claims to be filed 5 days after the last tracking update or delivery date. Claims also must be filed within 30 days, so please be sure to reach out as soon as possible. 


Return to Sender

If you believe your package was returned to sender, please email the customer support team with your address and we will reship your package as soon as possible. Our team will reach out to you if we receive a return to sender package and have not heard from you, in order to correct the mistake and get your package back out to you.
