The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

We only offer pre-orders on very limited items. We recommend signing up for restock notifications if the item you're wanting to purchase is currently out of stock in your size. You can do this by clicking on the size of the item and then entering your email in the box that appears. We announce a lot of restocks on IG as well so be sure to give us a follow (@senita)! 

How often are items restocked?

It will vary item-by-item. Feel free to shoot our support team a message if you're wondering about a specific item!

I want to exchange but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept exchanges for items that are currently in stock and we cannot place any holds on incoming items. However, you can always exchange for another size or color in the same item. You have the option to exchange for a brand new item as well if there's anything else you have your eye on.
