How do I start a return/exchange?

What are your return policies?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return/exchange. Once your request has been submitted, you'll have 2 weeks to get your item(s) shipped back to us. You will be provided with a prepaid label as long as you're returning from within the U.S.
A label fee of $7 will be deducted from your return if you choose to return for a refund. Returns for store credit and exchanges will not incur any label fee. Please note - if any item(s) are included with an exchange as a return for a refund, the flat $7 return fee will still apply.
Please make sure items are being returned in the condition they arrived in (i.e. with tags attached and in the bags they came in).
*If items are returned without tags or bags, you will be charged a restocking fee. Worn, washed, damaged, and/or dirty items will be denied refunds or given store credit.*
Do you charge a return fee?
All returns for a refund will come with a flat $7 fee. This fee is waived on exchanges and returns for store credit.
Please note - if any item(s) are included with an exchange as a return for a refund, the flat $7 return fee will still apply.
How do exchanges work?
You can exchange items for a different size or another item on all domestic orders. Exchanging for another size is completely free and shipping is covered by us both ways. You will be refunded or charged for the difference in price, depending on the item. Once your return package is scanned, your exchange order will be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. To make sure you get the items you requested, returning your package ASAP will be the best way.
*Please note: We do not allow exchanges on exchanges. If you don't want to keep the original or exchange item, your only option will be to return at that point.
The item that I want to exchange for is "in-stock" on the website but "out-of-stock" in the returns portal. Why?
An item will be ineligible for "product exchanges" if there are very few units left. Without a minimum threshold, items with such low quantities would often sell out before the exchange order is placed.
Please note that instant exchanges don't follow this same rule, but only size exchanges are eligible. See below for more information on instant exchanges.
Why is there a hold on my card from Senita after starting an instant exchange?
When you submit an instant exchange, the item you've requested will be shipped out to you immediately. Because of this, our portal will place a hold on your card for the value of the item, in the case that the return item is never shipped back.
You will have 14 days from the date you start the exchange to mail the return item back. Once the return package is scanned by USPS, the hold on your card will be cleared.
Can I return/exchange final sale items?
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit of any kind. No exceptions will be made.
How do I return from outside the U.S.?
International customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Please submit your return request through the link at the top of this page. Please include either your RMA or order number in the package with your items.
