Do you offer gift receipts?

We don't currently offer physical gift receipts, but starting a gift return or exchange is a very easy process! You'll just need to make sure you provide your recipient with the order number, shipping zip code, and the name on the order. If your gift is being sent directly to your recipient, they will have all of the necessary information on the packing slip. Prices are not shown anywhere in or on the package or packing slip. 


Do you offer gift cards?

We currently only offer e-gift cards and you can find those here.


How do I send my gift card to my recipient?

You'll receive two separate emails after completing your purchase; one with your order confirmation and one containing the actual gift card. From the email containing the gift card, you'll see the option to send it to your recipient immediately or schedule e-delivery at a later date. 


I purchased a gift card but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

Please allow up to an hour after purchase to receive a copy of your gift card. If you made your purchase with a Gmail address, please be sure to check both your inbox and promotions folder. Feel free to reach out to support at [email protected] if you still aren't able to locate your gift card after following the above steps!


How long are gift cards valid for?

Gift cards don't have an expiration date and will be valid until used.
