Simply enter the email of the friend or family member that you want to refer at <a href="https://www.senitaathletics.com/pages/loyalty-refer" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this link</a>. They&apos;ll be given $20 off of their first purchase with us ($60 order minimum) and you&apos;ll be given $20 off of a future purchase (in points) once they&apos;ve placed an order. Just be sure to have them shop directly through your link to be rewarded for their purchase!</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>When will my points expire?</strong></h3><p>Your points are locked in for a full year from 2/1/2023. If no purchase was made between February 2023-February 2024, your points will expire on February 1st, 2024. Every time you make a purchase, your points are locked in for another full year from that date.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>If I used points for a discount and return some or all of my items, will I receive some of my points back?</strong></h3><p>We do not refund points for any returned items or orders.&#xA0;</p>

<h3 id="isPasted"><strong>How do I add a discount code to my order?</strong></h3><p>Simply enter your code in the box that says &quot;gift card or discount code&quot; at the checkout screen to save!</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>Can I use multiple rewards/discounts on one order?</strong></h3><p>Unfortunately, we only allow<u>&#xA0;one code to be applied per order</u>. Rewards, discounts, and promotions cannot be stacked.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>My order was eligible for free shipping before my discount. What happened?</strong></h3><p>We do require that your subtotal is above $75 AFTER all discounts and promotions have been applied, in order to qualify for free shipping. If your subtotal drops below $75 after your discount, you will be required to pay shipping.</p>

<h3 id="isPasted"><strong>Do you offer gift receipts?</strong></h3><p>We don&apos;t currently offer physical gift receipts, but starting a gift return or exchange is a very easy process! You&apos;ll just need to make sure you provide your recipient with the order number, shipping zip code, and the name on the order. If your gift is being sent directly to your recipient, they will have all of the necessary information on the packing slip. Prices are not shown anywhere in or on the package or packing slip.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>Do you offer gift cards?</strong></h3><p>We currently only offer e-gift cards and you can find those <a href="https://www.senitaathletics.com/products/gift-card-1?_pos=1&amp;_psq=gift&amp;_ss=e&amp;_v=1.0" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>How do I send my gift card to my recipient?</strong></h3><p>You&apos;ll receive two separate emails after completing your purchase; one with your order confirmation and one containing the actual gift card. From the email containing the gift card, you&apos;ll see the option to send it to your recipient immediately or schedule e-delivery at a later date.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>I purchased a gift card but I didn&apos;t receive it. What do I do?</strong></h3><p>Please allow up to an hour after purchase to receive a copy of your gift card. If you made your purchase with a Gmail address, please be sure to check both your inbox and promotions folder. Feel free to reach out to support at <a href="mailto:support@senitaathletics.com">support@senitaathletics.com</a> if you still aren&apos;t able to locate your gift card after following the above steps!</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>How long are gift cards valid for?</strong></h3><p>Gift cards expire after one year.&#xA0;</p>
